About my Isola

Isola is my second ridgeback and she was born 25th August 2003 and comes from Rex Ventor's Kennel. Isola's dame is Int Nord Ch SV-97 NV-98 FinV-98-99-00 SvCh Bearstar Diamond Willow, CV 'Demi', one of my absolute favourites in the Ridgeback World. First and foremost Demi had a wonderful character, but she was also stunning! Isola's sire N Ch NordV-02 Masithela's Famous Akinzo by Woody lived up to all my expectations - he's both handsome and well mannered.

Isola took part in a couple of Puppy Shows with good results. The highlight of her Puppy career was winning Best in Show at Stockholm Ridgeback Club's Easter Show 2004 (following in big sister Leia's paw prints who won Best in Show in 2002). Ever since she entered the official class she has continued in her winning ways. She completed her Swedish Championship at the age of 2 years and 2 weeks! The day after she went Best in Show at Skane Ridgeback club's Speciality. At the Norweigan Winner Show in Hamar she won the Norweigan CC and can now add N Ch to her name. Isola was best bitch at Swedish Winners 2007 and won the title Swedish Winner 07. She's also an Estonian champion and Finnish Champion. This also makes her International and Nordic Champion.

Isola also enjoys blood tracking. She's skilled and is also a Swedish Fieldtracking Champion (SVCH).

Isola has had one litter of nine puppies. Two girls have been competing in the show rings. NORDUCH FINUCH NUCH SUCH SVCH Hamnuddens Fischer "Moa" and SVCH Hamnuddens Fend. Fendi's won two CC's and I'm sure she's going to complete her title soon. Both girls are Swedish Fieldtracking champions.
